This art dinner Soil Journey consists of a three-course menu with fresh ingredients from foraging and our own gardens. With an installation and guided meditation, it takes the guests onto a soil journey, from the soil in the pond, to the mycelium network, to the different local trees that are connected under the ground.

There are original recipes such as chestnut tempeh and pink bark cracker created by Zoe Martin.
